Refunds will not be offered so please choose carefully when registering. If a course must be cancelled, the course instructor and registrants are notified via phone and/or email no later than one week in advance. In the event that an instructor has an emergency and must cancel a workshop with less than a week notice, we will notify participants immediately and do our best to replace that workshop with a comparable option.

Pact will make reasonable efforts during the training to accommodate qualified individuals with disabilities and/or medical conditions. To request accommodation due to a disability/medical condition during this training, please contact the CAC Coordinator by emailing cac@pactadopt.org no later than three weeks before the training.

Course completions certificates will be awarded within one business week, upon confirmation of full attendance at workshop and completion of course evaluation. Certificates will be e-mailed to the registration address unless another method is requested.
